September 11… a date that means so much to me… a date that will forever be in my mind, one of the most historically significant dates of all time… all because it’s my grandmother’s birthday today…
What? What did you think I was gonna say? :p
Anyways, I’m back at college for another fun-filled year of Binghamton STUFF. To start things off, the left shift key on my keyboard broke, so I have to resort to using the right shify key to use Capital Letters. Quite a typing adjustment, if I do say so. Next, I’ve got 17 credits this semester: 12 in Computer Science, 4 in Math (Probability and Statistics) and 1 in Tennis. Now here’s the extra stuff…
I’m the president of the Magic: The Gathering CCG club on campus. More than just Magic, the club plays all types and kinds of tradeable card games. But M:TG was the one in mind when the club was created years ago. Add on: my new job. I’ll be a Comp. Sci. tutor for my school. This will take 6-12 hours a week. Add on: possible student government position. I’m running for the Stundent Association’s building representative position, so if I get elected, that’s another couple of hours a week. Add on normal homework and stuff like that… well… it’s gonna be a busy semester. You betcha.
No offense to my summer job, but I’m glad to be out of there. It was that point where those few asshole people just started to ruin the experience for me. But luckily, my friends were there to soften the blow. My fellow F-Court buds, and all the others I don’t want to mention in this blog, you know who you are, thanks for the past 2 summers. I don’t plan on going back. I’ll visit every now and then, but otherwise, you’ll most likely not see me again (unless you guys feel like getting me drunk again.)
Although it looks to be busy, I’m looking forward to this semester. I sure am…
